Methodology to assess the level of innovative development

Abstract: 
This study presents a methodology for assessing innovative development based on the concept of integration. The authors have developed a system of indicators. Tested method of calculating the level of innovative development based on harmonic analysis. The study shows a graphic representation of the results of the analysis. A quantitative indicator of the scale of transfer of innovation development in the qualitative characteristics is developed.

Model of management of the innovative enterprise activity

Abstract: 
Problems of innovative activity of the Russian enterprises are considered, the factors interfering with the introduction of innovations on practice are given. “Wheels of innovation” for introduction in the activity practice of enterprises is proposed, the organizational and management mechanisms supporting its unceasing “rotation”.

Internal audit in the system of management of a holding: a methodical approach to the identification of objects

Abstract: 
In this article are represented the different views on the definition of the objects of internal audit. The author identifies the features of holdings, influencing the formation of the main group of the objects of internal audit in such organization structures. The author’s hierarchical system of objects of internal audit, functioning in holdings is proposed.

In article the cores of problems of formation of dynamic capabilities which are sources of competitive advantages are considered. The bases of formation of dynamic capabilities are shown, process of their formation taking into account organizational capabilities and core competences is given.

Using the strategy of diversification of industrial activities at the current stage of development of the Russian economy is an effective way to increase the efficiency of their operation. In this article, the author identified the main reasons for and benefits of the strategy related and unrelated diversification. Have been classified with respect to the diversification of industry taking into account the trends in the external environment.

Evaluation method of investment appeal of types of mineral raw materials of the Bryansk region

Abstract: 
One of important tasks of management of mineral resources at the national and regional level is the economic evaluation of fields corresponding to modern market conditions. Use of data of the entities analogs and the integrated indicators in case of calculations can result in the inaccuracies exceeding an admissible interval. Therefore we offer an economic evaluation of investment appeal of development with use of the parameters considering features of each specific field, on method of expert evaluations.

Abstract: 
In present article, the differences are shown between characteristics of various organizational structures, which can be used in organizations that undertake project based work. Those types and characteristics of organizational structures are considered, which are defined in Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (hereafter PMBOK v5) by Project Management Institute (hereafter PMI). In addition to the characteristics pointed out in PMBOK, in present article we consider a number of significant characteristics, which inevitably should be taken into account when building organizational structures for organizations which undertake project based work.

Abstract:
The development of the consumer market connects with the formation of self-regulation's institutes. The article describes the main advantages of the practice of self-regulation in comparison with government regulation. Authors give a vision of the stages of development of self-regulation on the Russian consumer market and make the conclusion that the role of self-regulatory organizations will increase in shaping the rules of work in the trade industry in the next five years.

Studied management practices leading Russian aircraft companies and the largest industrial corporations in the world to introduce the system of corporate and industrial management of new IT-solutions and their impact on the production process. Monitoring changes and diagnosis of development of industrial organization

Abstract: 
The development of production is always changing it, but not all changes can be considered as development. In practice, the task is to distinguish one from the other. Offering a solution to this problem has been used info of the change in the entropy of the system as an indicator of development. Proved that the criterion of not the increase of entropy consistent with both the increase performance of production so and reducing one, depending on the current state of organization and the position it on market. Targeted changes aimed at increasing effect of the company through extensive production growth are not meeting the criteria of development.

Abstract: 
The article presents the structure of the elements of the economic potential of the insurance organization as a complex organization of existing resources and opportunities for their use. The methods of a comprehensive assessment of the economic potential based on the desirability function Harrington. The method allows for the quantitative assessment of intangible components of the economic potential of the insurance company.

Organization the system of personnel management in subsidiary companies in the international banking group

Abstract: 
The article describes the experience of building the system of personnel management in subsidiary companies in the international banking group VTB. The headcount and the structure of the staff in the banking group are analysed by the start of the work concerning the changes of the personnel management group. The current system of the governance of the banking group is regarded and the reasons led to the necessity of the changes are marked out. The new personnel management system of the international banking group VTB (its objectives, principles of distribution of powers, formed governments), which was formed as a result is described in the article.

Knowledge sharing barriers: evidence from empirical study

Abstract: 
In this article we develop a classification of knowledge sharing barriers, using existing studies and theoretical approaches to knowledge sharing problems. We develop original methodological tool to assess the knowledge sharing barriers in organization and present the results of empirical study in medical clinics in which the tool was tested. Based on the results of empirical study we formulate directions for future research, as well as recommendations for managers in healthcare.
