Identification of efficiency as an economic category: theoretical aspect of the study

Abstact: 
Efficiency is an economic category. For many years its essence, ways to measure it and the use of it to make different management decisions have been studied. This paper presents a summary of approaches to definition of the efficiency essence, the author’s vision of the properties of efficiency, which allow the observed economic category to be differentiated from others and methodically researched. The criteria-based approach to the measurement of efficiency is methodically studied as it is the most widespread in practice. A number of issues raised in the paper are debatable, the author hopes that the publication will contribute to their further development.

Compliance development factors analysis in Russia and abroad

Abstract: 
The objective is to analyze the trends and factors of the modern compliance development. It is proved that the application of the compliance methods and compliance-risks management decreases the transaction costs. Conclusions are made concerning the development factors of compliance. The role of compliance as an element of the foundation of the control of any organization is grounded.. Compliance is considered as a mandatory component of the management system, one of the most important parts of which is the system of internal control. Compliance is considered as one of the methods to minimize the risks of unethical behavior, company’s reputation damage and corruption level. The experience of the compliance rules adaptation in Russia is analyzed.

Use of the networking and integration strategies in the formation of industrial companies

Abstract: 
Industrial companies constantly search for effective organizational forms: creating integrated companies, strategic alliances or networks. An analysis of the practice of their operations reveals that mergers and acquisitions often fall apart. The efficiency and competitiveness of integrated companies depends basically on the merits of the composition and activities of the participants. In this paper, an approach to the formation of industrial companies based on a step-by-step strategy of networking and integration is presented. The basic principles, concepts and implementation algorithm of the methodical approach to the management of integration processes are introduced. The usefulness of division into and defining the stages in the formation of efficient integrated structures is justified.

Organizational and economic analysis of the development prospects of the pipeline system and overall transport and logistics infrastructure of Kazakhstan in the format of Eurasian economic union

Abstract:
The paper deals with a systemic organizational and economic analysis of the current state of affairs in the pipeline system of Kazakhstan given recently announced new economic policy of “Nurly Zhol”. In essence, the mission of the entire transport and logistics complex of Kazakhstan is twofold. First, it is referred to as a core basis for strong economic growth, second, as a promising sphere of regional cooperation within the format of the  Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). Despite a number of objective challenges in forming a common transport and logistics policy of the EEU, the paper reveals innovative and coordinated management of the regional pipeline infrastructure as an instrument for the sustainable functioning of the whole transport and logistics complex of the EEU on an intersector basis.

The results were achieved in the frame of the governmental assignment of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in the sphere of scientific research during the researching assignment ¹ 26.1478.2014/K “The structural transformation of Russian Economy through the integration installation in the industrial markets of Asia-Pacific Region” 

Abstract: 
The article presents the results of the assessment of the existing competitive potential of the Russian economy. The research was conducted on the basis of step-by-step calculation of a range of development indexes (R1–R5), allowing to determine the competitiveness of the regions of Russian Federation (2010, 2012 years). A calculation of the developed integral indicator (II) is also performed and regions are grouped according to their level of competitiveness on the basis of the calculated indexes. It was concluded that the majority of the regions in the Russian Federation can be placed into the groups of depressed and underdeveloped regions; therefore we observe negative growth of the Russian economy, there is practically a complete underdevelopment of manufacturing. There is a number of problems specific to the Russian industry in the late 1990s and 2000s, which still remain unresolved: the moral and physical depreciation of capital assets, insufficient level of investment attraction, low level of the innovation activity of enterprises, etc.

Management of multilingualism in the Indian advertising market

The role of contact personnel in the implementation of the innovation activity of diversified companies

The article is devoted to the allocation of the contact personnel role in the diversified companies innovative activity implementation in the telecommunication branch. Need of continuous identification of new ideas for activity of the innovative enterprise which major source are end users is emphasized. The assumption is made and on the basis of market research results and it is confirmed that operators of hot lines are the main communication channel between the company and the consumer. The degree of consumer satisfaction of the work of  contact personal is analyzed and the mechanism of involvement of contact personnel in the enterprise strategic activity is formed.
