Annotation:
In article the global initiatives of the reporting of the Board of directors (GRI), basic provisions and fundamental concepts of the international standard “The Integrated Reporting (IR)” as component of the integrated system of information and analytical ensuring management of economic system are considered. The author in a complex unites systema city of information with problems of sustainable development of the organization.
The most necessary and demanded components of sustainable development of domestic economy are considered. Recommendations about the choice and application of the international standards about the reporting in the field of sustainable development are made, conditions of their application are opened. The weighed approach in the international information cooperation with the purpose of ensuring information, economic, social and political security is offered.

On methods of evaluating risks of placing advertising in the theory of media planning

Annotation:
In this paper an economic-mathematical theory of media planning is developed. The paper presents the main models and methods of the media planning theory: a binary model of the media audience, a model of multimedia coverage of the audience, a model for calculating the risk of inefficient advertising. The paper presents analytical and numerical methods for estimating the magnitude of the risk, effective and optimal number of advertisements. The results obtained can be used in the planning of the actual advertising campaigns.

Formation of the project’s competence-based model

Annotation:
The essence of the project’s competence-based model presented as instrument of boosts his realization efficiency in management of the organization system. Authors have invented the project’s realization algorithm based on his competence-based model. There is the demonstration of project’s implementation in the oilfield services company with use of competence-based model of the project in the article. The project’s efficiency evaluation was made on based of his competence-based model, it had allowed to defining the project’s problem area and possibilities of increase in its economic efficiency.

Methodology of operational management of stocks in dynamic different mechanical engineering production

Annotation:
It is shown that in market conditions it is necessary to manage production reserves operatively. The elements of the system of operational management of industrial reserves, constructed on the basis of the elements of a universal system of operational management of a dynamic multi-type production, are proposed. The method of planning the standard stock of materials, parts and assemblies, stocks of finished goods, working capital is described. The proposed solutions help to reduce production costs, the duration of the production cycle, compliance with the timing of the implementation of orders.

Management of medical industry enterprises in the cluster structure taking into account the possibilities of neuroscience

The article presents some problems of organizational and economic sustainability of the medical industry enterprises in the structure of the cluster. Mintzberg, based on the key provisions of which, the authors suggest the structural solutions underlying the implementation of the changes.

Functional optimization of bus transport of the route network in Krasnodar

Annotation:
The purpose of this article is to improve the quality of transport services for the population on the basis of the balance of interests of participants in the market of transportation services. In this article, based on the results of a study of the municipal route network in Krasnodar, the main problems in the functioning of regular public transport buses (RPTB) affecting the quality of transport services for the population (QTSP) have been identified. A flexible approach to optimization of the municipal route network is proposed, the use of which allows to ensure the balance of interests of participants in the transportation services market (“customer” – “performer” – “consumer”) with maximization of the resulting indicators. The estimated economic-mathematical model of optimization of the municipal route network for RPTB is offered.

Precarious jobs in the regional labor market

Annotation:
The present work includes a search for answers to questions: (i) what are the determinants for employment precariousness on regional labor market, (ii) which jobs have precarious signs and (iii) how many recarious jobs in the Altai Krai (Russia)? The approach to the employment precariousness determinancy is based on detecting precarious sings. Aggregated precarious sings list consists of nine indicators. Author diagnosed these sings in “stability or instability,” “security or insecurity.” The quantitative assessment of the employment precariousness scale in the Altai Krai is based on the evaluation of the statistical meters, which are presented in open sources on the regional labor market situation.

Annotation:
The article reflects the results of a study of the process of identifying risks in the work with personnel of defense industry complexes, where risk accounting is one of the most important components of economic security. The example of a defense industry enterprise functioning in the electronic and information fields presents a tool for assessing personnel risks, a risk-oriented analysis of the main personnel functions was carried out, and a basic program of personnel risk management of the organization was developed.

The history of the modern Russian company corporate management model is reviewed. Its connection with Anglo-American and German models and their impact on it are shown. Reasons that do not allow to consider this model effective and appropriate to the realities of the Russian culture and capital structure of the domestic joint-stock companies are analyzed. The most appropriate ways of development of the Russian joint stock company legislation are offered.
