Transformation of the firm: from the contract of resource owners to the cooperation of the owners of competences

The article justifies the thesis that the firm concept is undergoing a radical transformation. At the same time, author draws attention to the fact that ongoing transformation, although it is caused by changes in the technological way of production, actually consists of changes of the worker’s place in the production process. It is this circumstance, in author’s opinion, that becomes the core of modern management paradigm and should be taken into account in development and implementation of management systems of firms.

Implementation of g20 / oecd standards into the practice corporate governance in the state-owned companies: the interests of stakeholders

The article discusses the application of international best practices, standards and principles of corporate management in Russian companies with state-owned company (public companies). Using comparative and empirical methods, potential opportunities for the transition of Russian innovation companies with state participation to G20/OECD standards were identified. Groups of interests of internal and external stakeholders of Russian state companies are defined. In the conclusion of the study, conclusions are formulated. In particular, the fact that translating the OECD experience into corporate governance of Russian state-owned company will increase the competitiveness of not only the companies themselves, but also key sectors of the economy of Russia.

This research paper is directed toward sin vesti gating the possible underlying factors that could be applied to facilitate and recruit potential new students to take business courses in the vocational and educational training VET sector with Australian education providers. This paper will also explore various factors which could be used to facilitate the process for education providers to increase the demand for international students which can be broadly classified as “the demand factors for the recruitment of international students by the VET sector of Australian business education providers”. The authors of this article have first-hand experience in both teaching and other areas in the VET and Higher education sectors of business education both locally and overseas, and have close contact with prospective students in their countries of origin. The VET sector has a culturally diverse student population, including students from local, international and recent immigrant backgrounds. This paper focuses on the various factors that need to be considered to facilitate teaching and learning for these different groups of students. Also, this research article will consider some argument sregarding both the positive and negative aspects of education in these previously mentioned areas. The issue of whether some areas in the study process have to be improved has recently been widely debated in our community. It is an important issue because it concerns fundamental moral and economic questions about the quality of education, job placements for current and prospective students, job placement and opportunities for future graduates, and the demands of the Higher Education providers. A variety of different arguments have been put forward about these issues. This research article will also consider arguments for the underlying purpose of a visa for international students “just for the sake of being able to have a visa”, and discusses possible immigration to Australia for those students who have got appropriate qualification sand knowledge. Furthermore, it will consider some points which are related to these problems. It will then put forward reasons for the introduction of new actions deemed necessary to encourage more potential students to come to study in Australia.

Management of the export potential of industry and the economic security of the state

In conditions of limited domestic demand and sanctions, the country’s export potential increase becomes one of the factors of strengthening economic security. The country’s export potential increase as a result of the products competitive in world markets can be ensured only by the innovation and investment processes’ activation and the simultaneous solution of two tasks: the attraction of investment (financial) resources and the use of an intellectual propertyand creation for the innovation and new products development. The leasinas as business model will have a positive impact on this, which reduces commercial risks and provides targeted financial resources for renewal of fixed assets, contributes to the technological level growth of the economy, the activation of technology transfer processes, the innovations’diffusion, and the appearance of growth points in the Russian real sector.

Social risks and principles of effective human resources management in Belarus

The article presents the results of an empirical assessment of salary social risks. The assessment is based on the data of the national economy of Belarus. The test results made it possible to reveal the peculiarities of the origin of salary risks among the population of Belarus. The characteristic of institutional bases of human resources management in Belarus is given. It is substantiated that the existing social institutions, including, minimize the occurrence of salary risks.

Article is devoted formations of approaches for creation of the “smart” enterprise with an effective production system as bases for improving the efficiency of production. It is necessary to understand the system decision for business management as smart production. Key aspects of the industrial enterprise development is considered: modernization of the industrial enterprise management on the basis of development of model of production systems integration. The problem field of the existing approaches to the organization of production is designated, the basic directions of the solution of the put problems are revealed, expediency of introduction of the developed model is proved. Practical application of results of article will allow to improve procedures of functioning of the industrial enterprises taking into account current economic trends, will come nearer to compliance of criteria of “the smart enterprise”.

The article deals with the rapid analysis of the effectiveness of the construction of the cable roads in modern Russian agglomerations. Methodological aspects of the optimization process of material stimulation of personnel in the gas industry

The fall in the real wages of workers, substantial differences in its size by sector and by occupational groups, systematic non-payment of assessed wages indicate a need to improve the wages of staff. Objective assessment of labour cost and wage level determines the quality of life of the workers, and implementation of an improved pay system aimed at increasing staff motivation and productivity growth will help to reduce the cost of labor, increase output and improve its quality.
Analysis of the current state of the organization’s staff salaries shows the presence of a number of problems and allows us to suggest priority areas for improving the system of wages of staff, which can be applied by business entities in the development of projects on improvement of system of the organization wages of the personnel with the purpose of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise and reducing its staff costs.

Lockouts in foreign management practice

Examples of offensive and defensive lockouts used in the last 10 years in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Finland are given. Ecological economy in the light of the regional reproduction

In the article, reproductive processes are studied from the standpoint of the methodology of systemic consideration of production and ecology. As a result, the formula for the cost of the produced product is adjusted, including the parameters of the external environment. The considered system principles and models are tested at the meso-economic level. The concepts of regional economy are explored and regression dependencies between the main indicators reflecting the processes of accumulation and neutralization of production and consumption wastes are established.
