Annotation:
The article is devoted to the search for ways to increase the efficiency of economic systems of various scale by forming a meaningful strategy of actions within the framework of a new model of economic development. The structure of the organization’s production process from the point of definition of value creation centers is considered. The author substantiates the necessity, in order to improve the efficiency of economic systems, to create conditions for ensuring that workers are replenished with expended labor and intellectual resources.

A new view on modern strategic management and the image of the desired future is presented. The developed approach is based on the theory of self-organization and synergetics. It is shown that the world is at the point of bifurcation. Annotation:
The geographical location of the Sakhalin region, its significant reserves of energy resources, the ongoing transnational oil and gas projects and their positive Outlook for the long term, determine the region not only from the standpoint of geopolitical and military-strategic purpose, but as a territory bearing a significant economic burden in the development of the national economy of the Russian Federation. One of the distinctive features of the Sakhalin region is low diversification of the regional economy, low level of development of social infrastructure, severe climatic conditions, weak population, which negatively affects the quality of life of the population. To solve the existing problems, the Federal law № 473-FZ of 29.12.2014 was adopted and implemented in the region. “About territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation” that predetermines development and justification of the adapted approaches to strategic management of the leading sector of regional economy – an industrial complex and, first of all, to the basic model of such management which author’s justification is presented in this article.

Annotation:
The relevance of the article is determined by the need to improve the competitiveness of enterprises of ferrous metallurgy of Russia, to achieve a synergetic effect of integration, increase the effectiveness of the integration development of enterprises of ferrous metallurgy of Russia, which will allow Russian companies to improve the efficiency of capital, enter new markets, get new technologies, improve competitiveness in world markets. In this regard, particular importance is the management of risk in the development of methods to identify, assess and control risks of integration development of the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy of Russia.
The peculiarity of using the apparatus of fuzzy sets is the use of expert assessments of alternative options on the criteria. The expediency of using fuzzy-multiple descriptions for identification, analysis and risk management of integration processes at the enterprises of the metallurgical complex of Russia is proved, which allowed to improve the methods of risk management on the basis of harmonization of interests of participants on the criterion of synergy. Based on the estimated cost of synergy in the local consolidation of companies and the aggregate risk indicator, the projects of MMK – Severstal and MMK – NLMK are recommended for implementation.

Modern blockchain-platforms: advantages and prospects

Annotation:
In this paper, a study of the use of blockchain technology in business through the implementation of transactions using blockchain platforms was conducted. Presented the author’s vision of blockchain technologies, taking into account their ability to implement not only in the field of IT and financial relations. The analysis of the representation of the topic of blockchain technologies in Russian and foreign scientific articles was carried out. The possibilities and prospects of using blockchain platforms in modern conditions are described. Examples of their use in various fields of activity are presented, advantages and problems are highlighted. Analyzed the current blockchain platform in terms of the degree of their compliance with the selected parameters. Highlighted proposals for the further development of the system of distributed registries.

Annotation:
It is shown that the essence of the digital economy is the use of advanced digital technologies and modern socio-economic behavioral models for doing business. A number of threats to economic agents in the development of the digital economy are considered. It is shown that the development of the digital potential of economic systems is an important factor in overcoming these challenges. The authors highlighted a number of components of the digital potential of enterprise. The comparison of digital potential among enterprises of different size of the trade sphere has been made.

Annotation:
The article deals with the conceptual approach of documenting the management activities of the organization on the basis of GOST R 7.0.97-2016 «System of standards for information, library and publishing business. Organizational and administrative documentation. Requirements for the paperwork», which was put into effect from July 1, 2018. The main changes in the design of management documents on the basis of the standard are analyzed.
