Annotation:
This paper presents an analysis of the development of the concept of «effectiveness» in a chronological sequence. A classification of the types of efficiency according to various criteria based on a scientific approach is proposed. The clarification of synergistic effectiveness is given.

Annotation:
The digital economy is becoming a familiar phenomenon of everyday life, but it is little studied. One of the reasons is the close convergence of the «digital» and «analog» spheres of life, which forms a new hybrid formation of the modern market. Effective management is shifting towards finding the best results based on digital competencies, automation, and big data analysis. However, the amount of automation potential varies depending on the type of activity. The authors present a system matrix where the percentage of time spent on a task that can be automated is identified at the intersection of a specific industry and type of work. In addition, the article describes the necessary basic skills that a Manager must have when working in a digital economy.

Annotation:
In the research, a review of the stages of development of technological structures is carried out, the features of each of the structures are revealed. By analyzing the most profitable sectors of the economy, the main directions for the development of new technologies are identified, a strategic management model based on weak signals is developed and presented. That model helps to minimize risks in the conditions of the development of a new technological structure due to early response. The model is based on a decision tree, which allows to analyze and identify weak signals according to several criteria.

The results were received on the basis of the implementation of the scientific project of the Russian
Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) No. 18-014-00001 «The model of the multi-vector socio-economic policy of interaction between the Russian Far East and the APR countries - ways of reducing the unexpected effects from the onset of «Grand Challenges».
Annotation:
The purpose of this research – to analyze in detail and model export-import relations in order to determine the prospects for the development of trade cooperation with our main partner countries. It is presented in the article a qualitative assessment of the condition of export-import operations of the Far Eastern Federal District and China, the Republic of Korea, and Japan. The analysis showed that Russian-Chinese cooperation is based on the principle of «raw materials – technologies». In Russian-Korean trade relations it is dominated the ensuring the growth of the Republic of Korea on account of the import of Russian natural resources, that is the goods with low added value. Japan actively attracts Russian raw materials for manufacturing. High-tech industries for Japan are export-oriented industries. The Far East is actively importing machinery and equipment from Japan.

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the use of modern technologies and unmanned vehicles for the development of the Russian Federation’s Arctic zone. The concept of a technical and economic platform is given. The goals and advantages of the use of flying and underwater unmanned vehicles in the Arctic, as well as related technical problems are disclosed. There are also given the examples of Russian developments and options for their Arctic use. Various aerial (UAV) and underwater (UUV) unmanned vehicles are considered.

Annotation:
Competitive space determines the possibilities for sustainable industrial enterprises development in the constantly changing market conditions. The article presents the key factors of the external and internal environment, ranking them by impact on industrial enterprises and highlighting the most significant ones that maximally affect the growth of the economic entities competitiveness. The study of the competitive space allows determining the element-wise structure of its subspaces and the nature of the relationships between them. The proposed approach to the study of the enterprises competitiveness makes it possible to comprehensively study this category and reasonably approach the selection of the necessary methodological tools and the development of management decisions.

Annotation:
For the digital transformation of production, the methodology of an integrated industrial enterprise management system has been developed, which allows linking different types of activities, management levels and planning periods. Two models are built using schedules: a production planning model and a model for defining goals and performance indicators for an enterprise and its structural divisions. The developed methodology changes the system of planned calculations existing at an industrial enterprise, ensures efficiency, accuracy, transparency and consistency of goals, indicators and plans.

The system of personnel motivation and stimulation, being one of the most important elements of the organization’s personnel policy, solves the urgent problems of attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel, forming correct industrial behavior and improving labor productivity.
The subject of the research is socio-economic and managerial relations that determine the effectiveness of the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel in a complex branch network of organizations of the energy complex. The proposed recommendations can be applied in the development of projects and programs aimed at forming a motivational mechanism that increases the efficiency of labor activity and forms a stable basis for achieving the organization’s strategic goals and ensuring competitive advantage.

In the course of the study of the socio-psychological characteristics of the gas field labor teams of a large gas producer, the key needs of its shift staff were studied, the preferences of the gas field labor teams were analyzed, and their motivational environment was evaluated. We studied the motivational factors, the conditions that stimulate staff to work effectively. Based on the results of the study of the motivational profile of employees, measures are proposed to increase the motivational potential and assess the motivational aspects of personnel management.

Annotation:
The coronavirus pandemic triggered the rethinking and reorganization of corporate business processes with the widespread adoption of remote and remote management formats. The technologies for making managerial decisions have been significantly transformed recently. Efficiency, safety of information when working in a remote mode, as well as completeness of performing managerial tasks in conditions of restrictions, came to the fore. The purpose of this article is to use domestic experience and best foreign practices to study the issues of improving the quality of management decisions based on the use of modern intelligent analytical systems for processing large amounts of information and data. The methodological basis of this article is the work of scientists in the field of data analysis, integration of digital data management tools into the decision-making process. The article defines the role of data management in the development and adoption of organizational decisions. The elements of data consolidation and key tasks of the corporate data management process using information and communication technologies are identified. The use of Business Intelligence for the formation of analytical, financial and management reporting is proposed. The findings show that data management enables more accurate predictions and rational, informed decisions.

Annotation:
The main problem in economics is the problem of scarcity or limited resources. If we consider the nanoscale, of a specific individual, a contradiction arises between his needs, which are unlimited, and his capabilities or resources that he possesses. When we go to the macro level, the level of the country, there is a conflict between the interests of different countries; and if we rise to the level of the world economy, then a contradiction already arises between different generations, people inhabiting the Earth at the present time, and the future inhabitants of the planet. Finding this very global compromise, establishing and maintaining a balance between generations, is at the heart of sustainable development.

Annotation:
Modern data centers consume large amounts of electricity. Data center design and construction base on financial efficiency criteria while thermal and chemical impact on the environment are not taken into account. Existing data center efficiency metrics do not include any environmental criteria. Development of other metrics that consider carbon and chemical footprint is needed.
