Annotation:
The article analyzes the legislative factor of the macroenvironment and summarizes the measures of state financial support for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the Volgograd region. The authors propose an algorithm for the formation of a ranked approach to the state financial support measures provision for SMEs in the region. In addition, the article compiled a municipalities map to provide measures of state financial support in the region, which will allows SMEs to choose a territory to carry out their business activities.

The use of outsourcing in strategic management in agribusiness. The structure of the agribusiness organization as an object of strategic changes

Annotation:
In the article directions of using outsourcing in agribusiness are considered, the relevance of outsourcing in agribusiness is reflected. The factors that should be taken into account when making management decisions on outsourcing strategically important activities and/or non-core activities of the agribusiness organization are identified. Proposals have been developed for the formation of the structure of the agribusiness organization as an object of strategic changes, taking into account the outsourcing of the organization’s activities.

Annotation:
The article deals with the role of logistics in a foreign trade of organization. Main logistics aims and basics tasks have been determined in the sphere of company’s foreign trade activity. The tendencies which define the coordinate system for the practical implementation of the actual foreign trade logistics are presented. The structure of logistics costs is shown and a detailed list of them is given according to the internal corporate classification.

Annotation:
The article analyzes and summarizes the results of various studies on the impact of the pandemic on Russian business, as well as the socio-economic consequences of the pandemic. Analytics is presented on the types of activities most affected by the pandemic, negative trends in the growth of unemployment and liquidation of companies, especially small and micro-businesses, are considered. As a result of the study, positive trends in the development of management technologies, examples of «advanced» experience of companies in dealing with the crisis, manifested in the ability to resist stress, activity in changing the organizational structure of business processes, searching for new types of activities and business partners, increasing innovation, rapid mastering of advanced information and communication technologies, professional development of personnel.

Annotation:
The article identifies and analyzes institutional obstacles that arise in the way of digital transformation in Russian companies. Annotation:
The article describes a universal approach to the orders control system formation at large industrial enterprises. The authors formulate theoretical and practical recommendations for above-mentioned system implementation with a detailed process description for all stages and organizational components. The article identifies and formulates system’s functioning features, which must be taken into account when building an effective ordes control system as well as it formulates practical recommendations which are helpful for executive discipline implementation, improvement and maintenance at highest management level at industrial enterprises.

Annotation:
Recently, significant changes have been noted in the model of providing educational services to students wishing to get higher education. On the basis of this, the need arose to transform the methods of stimulating and motivating the teaching staff of higher educational institutions. Higher educational institutions have a need to develop a new market for educational services in order to get aid, which accordingly led to the emergence of paid education. The development of paid educational services has focused attention on the explicit ratio of the higher quality of services provided, due to the more effective results of the teaching staff’s work, and the increase in the demand for certain areas of education and specialization. This, in turn, will entail a corresponding transformation of the very methodology of the provision of educational services.

Annotation:
The article is devoted to explore the employer branding practices in Russian subsidiaries of multinational companies used to maintain and enhance their competitiveness on labor market. The employer rankings as a tool to develop employer brand are considered. The results based on the 1st stage of the research project demonstrate the evidence from the exploratory study about common employer branding practices in Russian subsidiaries of multinational companies.

Annotation:
The article reflects the procedure for conducting a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the personnel composition of enterprises in the conditions of an innovative economy. The financial stability of enterprises in the conditions of fierce competition depends on the effective use of personnel of the enterprise along with the production potential.
The purpose of the study is to identify the main problems and ways to improve the effective use of human resources of the enterprise. In the presented study, the relationship of economic resources with the economic potential of the enterprise is reasonably identified.
In the course of the study, the main problems of human resources management in the conditions of an innovative economy are identified, taking into account the rapidly changing conditions in the labor market.
The ways of improving the mechanism of personnel management of enterprises by creating a personnel reserve of personnel are determined. The results of the study can be used in the educational process when teaching economic disciplines in higher educational institutions.

Potential increase in the number of employees of entrepreneurs: gender perspective

Annotation:
The article assesses the prospects for increasing the number of employees in businesses created by women entrepreneurs and men entrepreneurs in modern national economies according to data for 2018. The study solved the problem of determining the values of indicators that characterize the proportion of women and men who plan to increase the number of employees by at least six people within five years in the total number of relevant gender strata of entrepreneurs. The results showed that in most countries there is a gender gap between the indicators of job growth, that is, in businesses created by women, in most countries, a smaller increase in the number of employees is expected than in men.

Annotation:
Non-profit partnerships (NPOs), as a form of social entrepreneurship, should contribute to the full satisfaction of members of society not only in the process of consuming private goods, but also public goods. The question of the effectiveness of such organizations is also important because non-profit partnerships receive certain tax benefits in accordance with Russian legislation. In fact, often the contribution of the NPOs to the production of public goods doesn’t correspond to the tax benefit. This contribution is much lower. The purpose of this article is to show by example the possibility of evaluating the effectiveness of a non-profit partnership. As the main indicator of such an assessment, it is proposed to use the Weisbrod sociality index.
