Annotation:
The most characteristic trends in the development of modern management systems are analyzed and classified. Specific recommendations are given for the transformation of modern management systems, taking into account the most significant trends in the development of management in the long term. The proposed recommendations provide for the implementation of the main provisions of the concept of sustainable development, the development of innovation and knowledge potential, the expansion of the set of applicable international, domestic and industry standards, the development and implementation of a risk management system, digital transformation with elements of artificial intelligence, mutually beneficial cooperation and consideration of the interests of stakeholders. The implementation of the proposed recommendations was partially implemented at a large engineering enterprise JSC «Afrikantov OKBM».

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the management of business education in the context of digitalization and the factors of competitiveness of business education programs at the MBA level. On the basis of a research using surveys of applicants and students of MBA programs at the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University, the parameters of consumer choice and quality criteria of educational programs in the context of the development of online learning were identified. The research result is an assessment of the current competitiveness factors and methods of managing the educational process.

Annotation:

Annotation:
The research described in this article allows to get an idea about the companies that have extensive experience in corporate governance and assess its quality, and its compliance with national and international principles and standards. It was revealed that the ratings of national agencies awarded to the companies with the best corporate governance practices are not fully indicative of the quality of corporate governance allowing to correlate the level of development of corporate governance and related risks in different companies.

The article was prepared within the framework of the grant «An alternative model of «growth measurements» of the hotel industry based on digital technologies, agile transformation and a process framework» (GB 19/21).

Annotation:
The article considers the creation of a quality system of hotel services in the Russian Federation that corresponds to the world level. For this purpose, the mandatory procedure for classifying hotels introduced in the Russian Federation from January 1, 2021 is given. The conclusion is made about the compliance of the new requirements for the classification of hotels in Russia with the requirements that are imposed on the classification of foreign hotels. The article considers the voluntary procedure for certification of hotel services operating in the «National Certification System». The new publicly available specification ISO/OS 5643:2021 «Tourism and related services. Requirements and recommendations for reducing the spread of COVID-19 in the tourism industry».

Annotation:
The article examines the main environmental problems of industrial production in Russia, analyzes the negative factors, identifies the industries with the most negative impact on the environment. Studied foreign experience in developing strategies for «green» growth and creating institutional conditions for environmentally-oriented production. The importance of compiling ESG ratings and increasing the presence of Russian industrial enterprises in them was noted. In the conclusion, the conclusion is formulated that it is necessary to jointly solve environmental problems through the efforts of business and business entities, management of industrial companies and the state.

Annotation:
The article presents the results of a study on the competences of an environmental project manager. The study sample includes one hundred relevant vacancies both in Russia and abroad. An additional survey of both Russian and international companies with ecological studies is conducted.

Annotation:
The paper discusses the issues of ESG investment and the synergistic effects that arise when there are combined ESG (Environmental. Social. Governance) and modern digital technologies. It is shown that high-tech ESG investment can be a driver of greening the global economy, used to manage environmental risks and contribute to the growth of international competitiveness of companies. In the conclusion, it is noted that a set of measures to «green» the economy and its digital transformation will lead to an improvement in the investment climate and the world environmental situation.
