Annotation:
The article is devoted to the study of the evolution of the concept of competencies in the economic literature. The concept of competitive competencies as a special subject of economic research has been developed. The theoretical framework of the competitive competences of territories (regions, municipalities) in the modern economic space is proposed. The result of the study was the assertion that territorial individuality is the fundamental principle on the basis of which its competitive competencies are formed.

On the features of financial corporation’s development strategy in the era of digital society

Annotation:
The article presents results of studying trends in the development of the business by leading international and domestic financial and credit organizations. The features of nowadays conditions of these organizations activities are revealed and a conclusion is formulated about the priority in these conditions of conglomerative diversification of business as a strategy for the development of the business system of a financial corporation. The differences between the strategy of conglomerate business diversification of a financial corporation in the era of the digital society and its classical model are shown. Recommendations are given regarding the methodological tools for substantiating the architecture of the eco-business system of a financial corporation as the basis of its strategy of conglomerate diversification at a new qualitative level.

The article reveals the essence of the economic security of the region, provides an algorithm for monitoring the assessment of the economic security of the region. On the example of the Bryansk region, the analysis of factors from the economic and social blocks of economic security assessment is carried out, threats to the economic security of the region are identified.

Analysis of the information technology sector in the aspect of the world concept of sustainable development

Annotation:
The article examines trends in the information technology market in Russia and abroad, as well as the impact of the factors of the COVID-19 pandemic and government regulation. Analyzed statistical data on the number and structure of companies, gross value added and financial performance of the information technology sector in Russia. The results of international research on the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in the information technology sector are summarized. Based on the report of the Global Sustainable Development Initiatives (GeSi), forecasts of reducing greenhouse gas emissions in all sectors of the economy through information technology and digitalization of production processes are presented.

Annotation:
The article considers the peculiarities and advantages of introducing digital technologies in the process of preparing and conducting admission campaigns at higher educational establishments. The authors offer a general scheme of business processes dealt with by the admissions committees. They analyze the step-by-step automation of business processes of the RANEPA Admissions Committee linked to the pilot testing of specific components of the «Online University Admissions» Superservice. The authors have identified a number of outstanding problems that impact the outlining of applicants’ digital profiles, automating the collection of a package of the applicants’ mandatory documents as well as other business processes constituting an admission campaign.

Analysis of management practices in consulting organizations

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the analysis of management practices of consulting organisations, based on the experience of leading organisations providing consulting services. Based on the results obtained, the main elements of human resource management in large and successful consulting organisations have been identified, the prevailing negative aspects of management systems have been identified, followed by the determination of ways to minimise the negative consequences of the current management systems. Within the framework of the obtained results, conclusions have been formulated that can be used by consulting organisations to improve the efficiency of management activities and implement successful activities.

Annotation:
The article discusses the prerequisites for the accelerated introduction of biotechnologies and principles of bioeconomics in the agro-industrial complex of Russia and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in order to increase the efficiency of both the agricultural sector as a whole and agricultural enterprises as well. The most promising directions for the development of bioeconomics have been identified, taking into account world experience. The conceptual apparatus in relation to the agro-industrial complex has been clarified. It is underlined that the usage of biotechnologies by agricultural enterprises allows not only to increase efficiency indicators, but also to reduce environmental damage from their production activities.

Annotation:
The paper proposes the author’s classification of knowledge. The concept of «competitiveness of enterprise knowledge» has been introduced into scientific circulation. A method for assessing the competitiveness of knowledge based on the calculation of unit metrics and the calculation of an integral indicator has been developed. The approbation of the proposed method on the basis of JSC OKB-Planeta (Veliky Novgorod, Russia) is presented.

Annotation:
The processes of creating systems of employee participation in the management of companies in European countries that followed the example of Germany are discussed. The legal aspects of these systems and the role of the companies with the representation of workers in national economies are analyzed in a historical retrospective. It is shown that the companies that ensured the representation of employees on the supervisory board are better than others in crisis and achieve higher performance indicators.

Annotation:
The author considers the role of human capital assessment in enterprise management and offers an analysis of modern methods of assessing human capital used in this country. The article focuses on a number of methods that allow to quantitatively assess human capital without calculating its value, as well as the methods that make it possible to assess human capital in monetary terms. The conclusion is made that the assessment of human capital of various enterprises is not a widespread practice. Ways of solving the problem are suggested.

Annotation:
The article contains a description of the technology for calculating an index of gender balance in organizational structures. As indicators of gender balance in the organizational structure, quantitative expressions of a combination of indices can be used: a quantitative conformity index, a personnel rotation index, a material remuneration index, and an educational activity index. The presented calculation procedure can be used to determine the sustainability of organizational structures of various professional orientations in order to maintain or increase its effectiveness.

Annotation:
The article presents the results of studying the effect of transferring employees of state and municipal cultural institutions to an effective contract.
In the course of the study, employees of cultural institutions in various regions of the Russian Federation were asked to evaluate the organizational culture of their institutions and express their expectations regarding changes in the culture of the organization in the future.
The studies reviewed in the article allowed us to conclude that there is a need for an integrated approach to the motivation of the staff of cultural institutions, not limited only to financial incentives.
