The role of national projects in the sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation

Annotation:
In this article, the author considers the issue of ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. The author has carried out a detailed analysis of the targets for each of the national projects and determined the expected effects, as well as the contribution of each of the projects to ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the state. In addition, the author compares national projects and the main elements of the classical model of sustainable socio-economic development of the state. An element of the scientific novelty of the conducted research is the complex interconnection of national projects of the Russian Federation with indicators of socio-economic development of the state.

Annotation:
The article deals with the issues of creating equal opportunities in obtaining state support for business entities in the agricultural sector of the economy.
Synthesis, abstraction and economic and statistical methods are used as research methods, which made it possible to form a modern idea on the subject under study.
The results of the study develop the concept of egalitarianism in the agricultural sector of the economy. Author’s proposals have been formed that guarantee equality of opportunities for agricultural producers, equalization and neutralization of their excessive differentiation in terms of the level of state support. The conclusion is made about the existing problems in the state support of small forms of management of the agrarian sector of the economy.

Annotation:
The article discusses the management and content of apartment buildings abroad, as well as programs to maintain their technical condition in suitable formation. Along with the positive experience, some negative moments were also taken into account. As a result of the analysis, the author made proposals for improving the practice of management and operation of the Housing Fund in our country.

Formation of approaches to ethical audit of corporate governance in organizations

Annotation:
The article examines the analytical basis for assessing the morale of large organizations, mainly the public sector. Two compatible directions (concepts) on ethics and corporate governance are given. The structural model is considered, represented by three levels of functioning: individual, social and political. The methodological approach for the implementation of the ethical audit of the management of organizations is disclosed. The paper justifiably argues that for the reliability of the organization’s assessment, it is necessary to understand and develop critical ideas about the ethics of organizations, for the assessment it is extremely important to develop mutual support and cooperation relations with the organization, for the implementation of corporate governance ethics, equal responsibility lies with each and every employee of the organization.

Annotation:
The article deals with the management of information systems of enterprises in the transition to new forms of management. Such a transition allows solving many problems for the enterprise and gives a more tangible effect for production efficiency. With the introduction of the project approach to production management, the information system of the enterprise is being transformed. As a result, the structural links in the information system change, which leads to the optimization of the enterprise. The project approach can be used in any industry and in any business environment.

Annotation:
Modern companies build many processes on cross-functional interaction, update and practice informal communication. Leadership is formed on informal relations – the basis of corporate culture. The authors of the article prove that informal relations between employees are an effective channel for the development of an ethical and compliance culture. A survey conducted among employees of a large company showed that informal relationships help to strengthen the compliance culture in addition to policies, procedures and training.

Annotation:
This article is devoted to the description of the original experience of JSC «Afrikantov OKBM» in the development and implementation of the crowdsourcing portal «Generator of Ideas» at an industrial enterprise of the nuclear industry.
Crowdsourcing is considered as an effective tool for managing changes in a large industrial enterprise, new practical recommendations have been developed and a description of a proven and improved algorithm for working with new ideas and tasks posted on the crowdsourcing portal has been given.
The original methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the implementation of crowdsourcing proposed in this article can be used and replicated by large industrial enterprises in the practice of change management and strategic management.

Annotation:
The article discusses the main problems of creating an effective team to strengthen projects. The main features of human resource management in contrast to other resources of the project are established. It is shown that, depending on the conditions of the functioning of the organization, the priority is the choice of one of the types of organizational structure with its own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Taking as a basis the theory of R.M. Beblin about the existence of certain roles in the team, the key characteristics of each of them are given and systematized.

Annotation:
The article considers key determinants that determine structural changes in the domestic labor market in the global digitalization conditions. Problems which are common for the changes in the labor market are identified, characteristic features of the labor market and features of the new format of labor relations, which are the result of its digital transformations, are revealed. The fundamental elements of the digital transformation of the labor market are systematized and presented, the most obvious advantages and disadvantages of this process are identified. The article also analyzes and presents the features of the digital technologies use in the example of certain companies, taking into account their further impact on the number of jobs.

Annotation:
The article describes a method of sabotage analysis that contributes to the growth of management efficiency at Russian enterprises. It is shown that the key advantage of sabotage analysis lies in predicting potential problems of the enterprise in the future and developing preventive measures. The sequence of stages of application of the method, their content and role in solving problems are reflected. It has been established that the effectiveness of the method strongly depends on the correctness of determining the key directions of searching for potential problems. An illustration of the technique of sabotage analysis was carried out on the example of hiring personnel, where a number of problems were identified and measures were proposed to prevent them.
