Annotation:
Social media is one of the key tools for business digitalization. The aim of the study is to analyze the functions of social media in a shared economy. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the functions of social media are identified in accordance with the business models of the shared economy, the sequence of choosing tools and platforms for social media is determined. It is shown that the use of social media should be focused on the compliance with business goals, functions and tools of social media.

Annotation:
The authors believe that digitalization as a factor of sustainable development of an enterprise should be attributed to specific types of factors according to a number of classification features and described by a group of indicators. The proposed methodology for assessing sustainable development in the context of digitalization will determine the position of the enterprise in the industry and take measures to improve the economic policy of the enterprise, optimize the use of resources, implementation of new equipment and IT technologies.

Annotation:
The article examines approaches to measuring cognitive growth factors in economic information systems. Based on the analogy with cognitive systems developed over several years, a solution leading to the creation of a cognitive system capable of automatic understanding is proposed. The phenomenon of cognitive resonance in the process of understanding the analyzed object is considered and its structure is schematically presented.

Annotation:
The article presents modern research directions of organizational culture of higher educational institutions. Within the framework of the bureaucratic type of organizational culture of the university, the diagnosis of structural units was carried out using a comparative analysis of objective indicators, assessment of leadership styles, interpretation of types of cultures according to the OCAI methodology, and the vectors of their development are shown.

The article discusses such a modern business model as franchising, on the example of MTS PJSC, which provides telecommunication services. Definitions of the basic concepts of franchising are given and a list of advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of the activities of MTS PJSC is given, as well as a number of conditions that are possible in the formation of franchising are given.

Assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of the risk management system in the organization

Annotation:
The article examines the experience of Russia’s Treasury in developing and applying methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the risk management system. The author’s research is aimed at analyzing the existing methodology and suggesting ways to improve it. Consequent to his study of the work of the Treasury the author proposes a methodology for assessing the risk management system in a state executive body that exercises control and supervision.

Annotation:
The problems of the social agenda and CSR in the Russian economy in the gender context are considered. Based on the analysis of many constituent areas in the CSR system, the special importance of the gender factor has been revealed. The business dynamics of risks and possible results of investments in the E-component are designed from the point of view of gender differences. The scheme of priority directions of CSR and social investments for male and female managers is proposed. Considering the effectiveness of companies’ activities in the field of social projects, it is concluded that their financial indicators have increased. As a result, the authors
come to the conclusion that the current changes in the Russian economy require social activity and responsibility from business.

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the current state of remote working and the prospects for its further development. The author analyses the advantages and disadvantages of this way of organizing work. The legal aspects and rules of remote working are considered, and recommendations for the effective management of employees working remotely are proposed. The most promising approaches to be applied by executive officers in managing employees working remotely as well as the main measures to ensure their implementation are outlined.

Annotation:
The article presents the experience of implementing the policy in the field of labor protection and measures aimed at creating safe working conditions, maintaining and restoring the health of the personnel of an industrial enterprise working in the field of energy. The authors carried out an analytical analysis of a special assessment of working conditions and indicators characterizing the formation of favorable working conditions. The study showed that labor protection is one of the priorities of the organization’s personnel policy. The article raises the question of the need to form a safety culture among the staff and adherence to the requirements and standards of labor protection. The practical significance of this analytical work lies in the possibility of transferring the presented experience and practical developments at industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation operating in the energy sector.

Annotation:
A modern employer should clearly realize that the creativity of employees in many ways allows the company to remain competitive. The article discusses the concept of «creative approach to business», reveals the essence of this competence, as well as the possibility and methods of its formation both among managers and employees of the organization. To the question of gamification in hr management

Annotation:
In the article, the author gives an idea of the importance of gamification in personnel management through the disclosure of the concept of «gamification», key gaming principles, as well as the true potential of gamified processes. For maximum involvement and motivation of employees in the gamified process, the author proposes to use game mechanics and techniques based on the eight driving forces of motivation, which are expressed through the octagon octalysis. The author provides an analysis of the driving drivers of the gamified process in the mining and metallurgical company to change the behavior of employees in order to ensure the growth of the
level of labor protection and safety of workers at production sites.

Annotation:
In this article, based on a systematic approach, there are demonstrated the similarities and differences between product innovations and business modeling innovations. This comparison will determine how to transfer successfully achievements and methods of management from one area to another. In this study, the key indicators of product innovation management are aggregated into a single structural approach. This research work is intended to deepen the understanding of existing options for business model innovation and take a fresh look at how to manage the processes of its change.
