Assessment of human capital in the terminological device of management thoughts

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the place of assessment of human capital within the conceptual apparatus of managerial thought. Within the framework of this study, the relationship between human capital and the assessment of human capital was determined. It was possible to identify a chain of theoretical transformations in the definition of human capital and the associated assessment of human capital, which makes it possible to outline the theoretical boundaries of various objects of assessment and exclude the substitution of the definition of human capital assessment with the associated assessment of labor potential, human resource.

Annotation:
The article presents the results of scientific research in the field of public administration of a territorially localized space based on the nomination and proof of a working hypothesis about the need for transformational processes of institutions of the first order (second level), aimed at the formation of infrastructure support of a multifunctional type, and also substantiates the mechanism for managing transformational processes.

Annotation:
The paper is devoted to assessing of the expediency of two matrix instruments using when corporate strategy of the pharmaceutical company developing. Two series of expert interviews were oriented on identification of criteria being used when current directions of activities assessing and new markets choosing, barriers «on entry» to the most attractive pharmaceutical markets as well as resources significance necessary for passing the barriers identifying. Dynamics of markets size analyzed as well as barriers’ «on entry» specificity and resources needed for the barriers passing. Some difficulties when assessing the company’s competitive position on new markets by using the GE –McKinsey matrix calculating revealed. Differences of the «on entry» barriers to several potentially growing pharmaceutical markets and diversity of resources needed for the barriers overcoming identified. Potential advantages of a matrix «Industry (market) attractiveness –Degree of resources security for overcoming the «on entry» barriers» when choosing new markets also identified.

Annotation:
The article discusses the development of the construction industry, taking into account the economic state of the country. The analysis of measures of state support and guarantees for the population and business is given, the positive and negative sides of each of the activities are revealed. As a result, the author drew conclusions and formulated conditions, compliance with which will improve the work of the industry in conditions of economic instability.

Annotation:
The article analyzes the role of innovation management systems in the development and implementation of modern technological, technical and managerial solutions aimed at the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Authors consider main components and interrelations of the economic process. They emphasize the importance of the transition to responsible production and consumption models. The article analyzes the interrelation of the Best Available Techniques and innovative technologies. requirements of the international standard «International Management Systems» are analyzed. Authors conclude that to introduce responsible production principles it is necessary to improve management systems.

Annotation:
The article describes an algorithm for finding solutions to improve the efficiency of production processes, based on the method of seven questions for describing problems, Gantt chart and morphological analysis. Manufacturability, visibility and convenience of finding solutions for increasing the efficiency of production processes using the algorithm are shown. The illustration of the application of the algorithm was carried out on the basis of the widespread process of making dumplings, which greatly facilitates the replication of the algorithm among a wide range of enterprise employees.

Annotation:
The article proposes an algorithm for designing technologies meant to facilitate the implementation of the process of managing innovation activity, providing the management of enterprises with the tools for building a sustainable architecture of an integrated management system and allowing to modernize the existing organizational and managerial structure with the use of the modern means of making managerial decisions. The author’s research contributes to the logical ordering of the innovation process, the implementation of end-to-end innovation management at all stages of the life cycle based on the algorithmization of a set of actions aimed at increasing the innovative activity of enterprises.

Annotation:
The article analyzes the directions of development of employee competence models in the digital environment. There is a trend in the process of integrating human intelligence, abilities and creativity with the capabilities of digital technologies. The factors determining the requirements for the formation of professional competencies in the personnel in the future are considered in detail. The specific problems that arise in this case, which companies face in the process of technological transformation, are given.

Everyone knows and remembers that the subordinate depends on his leader, but it is somehow not customary to talk about the dependence of the leader on his subordinates. The article discusses the concept of power and influence, pays special attention to the balance of power, reveals the forms of dependence of the leader on subordinates, as well as the factors of choosing the leadership style to increase the effectiveness of the leader’s activities.

Annotation:
Over the past 150 years, the economy of all countries around the world has experienced shocks and overloads associated with a series of global crises, the first of which occurred in 1857 in the United States, which hit the economies of Germany, England and France. With the growth and development of the socio-economic system, its transformation due to the increasing complexity of economic activities under the influence of digitalization, new technological principles and business models, along with the increasing complexity of consumer behavior and the new role of the state in the economy, the issue of enterprise viability in the economic space comes to the
fore. The cornerstone is the issue related to the organizational sustainability of the enterprise, taking into account the revision of approaches to the understanding of the essence of the enterprise as a unit of the economy, resulting from its dramatic and unpredictable changes. The purpose of this article is to conceptualize the place of the enterprise in modern conditions of turbulence and the formation of an understanding of organizational sustainability, its properties, which would be a real representation of existing business processes and missing at the moment in economic science.

Annotation:
The article studies the role and importance of the in-house training system in building of a personnel security strategy, shows the relationship between individual components of the personnel security strategy and the in-house training system. The authors of the article come to the conclusion that regardless of which strategy or combination of strategies for the formation of personnel security an organization chooses, the existence and proper functioning of a in-house training system is an important element of its implementation.

Annotation:
The article offers an analysis of investment in the metallurgical complex and reveals the problems posed by political and economic instability. It exposes the crisis factors inherent in the internal and external investment environment that reduce the effect of managerial decisions on financing the renewal of production. Ways are proposed to improve the efficiency of investment activity by setting up new state and corporate structures aimed at reducing political risks through clarifying them and decomposing the procedure for pre-investment analysis of project implementation. This will provide the opportunity to identify more precisely the key risks, first of all political ones, and to minimize their negative consequences.
