The article attempts to distinguish between the concepts of «personal management» and «self-management» (as more and less in volume), as well as to justify a new approach, according to which personal management is a managerial triad, including subjective (self-management), object and communicative aspects.

The article discusses technologies and methods of strategic management in the conditions of a modern market economy, analyzes them, and identifies strengths and weaknesses. Annotation:
The development of non-profit organizations abroad depends on the formed structure (model) of state tax regulation of the non-profit sector. First of all, state administrations actively provide tax preferences to the non-profit sector, as well as tax incentive programs for entities in the commercial sector. Currently, there is no single approach to the state tax regulation of non-profit organizations abroad, which leads to a number of significant problems, in terms of the abuse of tax benefits and preferences by corporate structures, as well as the lack of state centralized systems for controlling and monitoring the application of tax benefits by non-profit organizations.

Annotation:
A study is being made of the institutional conditions for the transformation of the domestic risk management system at metallurgical enterprises in the framework of ongoing geopolitical changes. The characteristic of state initiatives in the field of import substitution of information technologies is given. First of all, we are talking about the implementation of the state strategy for the formation of open source software. This will form the basic conditions for increasing the efficiency and speed of transformation processes in the IT sphere. Successful examples of the processes of such transformations at leading metallurgical enterprises are considered.

Annotation:
The role and importance of the development of the resort-tourism sector in the Russian Federation, which is inextricably linked with the functional efficiency of its economic sector – passenger road transport services (PRTS), is determined. A system-forming factor is proposed – a basic system integrator (BSI) for the successful and effective solution of multiplicative problems that affect the system functioning and development of PRTS in the resort regions of the Russian Federation. An organizational model for managing integrative communications in the system of interaction between business segments of the resort region «Passenger transport services – Resort and tourist services» has been developed. An indicator of service and resource efficiency has been developed for the purposes of managing the process of effective use of the resource potentials of integrative business entities according to the declared level of quality of transport services in the conditions of seasonal activity of the population of the resort region. The structure of the effects of the potential management of the BSI by integrative communications in the system of interaction between the business segments of the resort region «Passenger transport services – Resort and tourist services» is determined».

Annotation:
The article describes the results of the study of the classification, the rotation and the sustainability of the relationships in joint projects and ISA of Russian VIOC. The rotation of relations exists, their necessity is substantiated in the international oil and gas business. The dynamics of rotary processes in the corps of ISA of Russian VIOC is traced. The causes of these processes are analyzed. The concept and the factors of ensuring the sustainability of the corpus of joint projects, ISA and relationships in them are considered.

Annotation:
This paper examines the evolution of approaches to managing large socio-economic systems. The conclusion is made about the relevance of the application of two methods – the method based on the concept of intellectual capital and the method of managing innovative systems by M. Mazzucato. Particular attention is paid to the impact of the «financialization» of the economy on changes in the structure of the organization’s management systems within the framework of the approach proposed by M. Mazzucato.

Annotation:
Project risk is compared with the interpretations of risk as such and business risk; the concepts of risks and opportunities are juxtaposed. Criteria are proposed for constructing a typology of project risks. The prospects of applying a risk-based approach in order to manage project risks are shown. Based on the analysis of the provisions on the organization of project activities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, an assessment of a number of special regional practices of project risk management is given. Based on the results of the study, directions for improving project risk management in the public sector are proposed.

Annotation:
Changes in the economic environment of companies are associated with the need to replace suppliers of material resources or revise the existing conditions for interaction with counterparties, which leads to the transformation of the supply chains used. In the article, the author proposes a mechanism that allows, in conditions of uncertainty in the supply of material resources, to make informed decisions on the choice of new suppliers. The presented mechanism is a simple and, at the same time, effective tool within the framework of the inventory management system.

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the problem of expanding the tools of marketing communications of the organization by adding a new group of alternative communication channels. The sources of information with this approach are assumed to be agents of the microenvironment of enterprises. The article provides a rationale for the admissibility and prospects of attracting stakeholders to brand communications. The conceptual and theoretical basis of the study was the concept of integrated marketing communications and marketing management, as well as the theory of stakeholders. The article formulates the functions of communication management when microenvironment agents are included in the communication process, and also proposes tangible and intangible ways to encourage stakeholders to participate in brand communications.

The article substantiates the necessity of formation and development of digital competencies among modern teachers, the presence of which is an indispensable condition for the process of digitalization of the educational environment. Annotation:
The article considers non-standard methods of attracting creative staff as an important element of the talent management strategy. Based on the analysis of the practice of foreign and Russian companies, non-standard methods of attracting and selecting creative staff for the purpose of creating an innovative personnel reserve by Russian small and medium-sized businesses are identified and described. The article proves the need to apply non-standard methods of attracting and selecting creative personnel to the practice of Russian companies.

Socially responsible management of human resources in organization management

Annotation:
This paper reviews the literature on the topic of socially responsible human resource management, reveals the advantages and problems of applying socially responsible human resource management by organizations. The article describes the approach to human resource management, its aspects, advantages and problems of applying socially responsible human resource management. It is shown that the introduction of socially responsible HRM contributes to the improvement of reputation and image of the company.
