Model and mechanism of interaction operational and strategic management at an industrial enterprise

Annotation:
A concept has been developed for managing industrial enterprises in the context of the formation of a new world order, in which strategic planning is combined with market competition, and innovative developments become the main driving force of the economy. A model of interaction between operational and strategic management of the activities of an industrial enterprise has been constructed based on a set of interrelated dynamic plans and schedules for the long term. The integrating role of dynamic schedules as elements of a production system used to manage production, supply of materials, personnel, equipment and technologies on a unified methodological basis is revealed. The concept of a single core of operational and strategic management at an industrial enterprise was introduced, and its composition was proposed. A unified mechanism for managing an industrial enterprise has been developed, in which the production of products and the need for production resources today and in the long term are fully connected.

Annotation:
The authors of the article conducted a study, the conduct of which is dictated by a number of problems related to project management in the field of green management. The article presents an analysis of green economy models: bioeconomics, low-carbon economy, blue economy, green growth economy and circular economy. Each presented model has its own goals, which are integrated within the framework of the implementation of green economy projects of countries and its regions.

Annotation:
The article identifies, analyzes and systematizes the factors that increase the effectiveness of national projects and influence their successful implementation. The factors are of great practical importance, because the impact on them contributes to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of national projects.

Annotation:
In recent years, small and medium-sized businesses have increasingly paid attention to solving social issues of the population, thereby reducing social tension. This article examines the economic climate for the implementation of the activities of social entrepreneurs, assesses the development of such SMEs, as well as the factors existing in the country that affect the stable and sustainable development of social entrepreneurship.

Annotation:
This article presents an analysis of the main practices of East Asian companies, mainly South Korea, in the chemical industry in the field of sustainable development, and a description of the current state of the chemical industry in Russia. Strategies for the implementation of the goals of sustainable development of chemical companies are considered, and the problems that impede the transition to these strategies of chemical industry companies in Russia are analyzed.

Annotation:
The article discusses the problems of the impact of sanctions restrictions on the practice of stabilization and anti-crisis management. The authors emphasize the importance of the transition to flexible preventive measures to improve the economy of debtor enterprises, including in the manufacturing sector. The problem of low efficiency of financial recovery procedures and the problems of its manifestation are especially noted. The role of large industrial enterprises in the formation of the revenue side of the country’s budget, the development of competencies, the provision of employment programs, and the provision of import substitution is substantiated. The industries with the greatest personnel problems are highlighted. Based on statistical analysis, the features of the implementation of corporate bankruptcy procedures in 2021–2023 are revealed. The article examines the implementation of reorganization procedures for the transfer of foreign assets to Russian management.

Annotation:
The article discusses the issues of managing innovative projects at enterprises. Tools are presented that allow you to calculate the duration of the project and its individual stages, manage resources and increase the economic efficiency of the project, reduce the cost of its implementation, and also more likely to attract investors. The possibilities of applying Gantt charts, methods for evaluating and revising plans, the critical path and critical chain project management are shown and analyzed in detail. The possibilities of using PERT and CPM methods in the process of developing innovative projects in order to plan time and other types of resources necessary for the implementation of work are shown. It has been proven that the CCPM method is the optimal method of project tools for innovative projects.

Annotation:
The article reflects how employees’ beliefs affect their attitudes and expected behavior towards organizations. It is substantiated that: many managers and specialists have a clear idea of the ethical and social responsibility of companies, which affects their attitude towards these organizations; in turn, influences their perceived behavior towards them. It was revealed that specialists/professionals will have less desire to apply for a job in unethical companies, as well as less desire to purchase the products of such companies, including making decisions on the purchase of shares in such enterprises.

This study is devoted to the consideration of modern theories of leadership, the analysis of factors that contribute to the development of leadership qualities, and the identification of the connection between leadership and innovation. The study showed the diversity of existing theories of leadership and their multifaceted nature. Based on the studied theories and practices of leadership, a model of the leadership process has been developed, which includes the main stages, during which the leader chooses the appropriate style for himself.

Annotation:
In the context of the active promotion of digital technologies in financial and credit organizations, the personnel management system based on a layered model of motivation and stimulation of personnel is becoming especially relevant, since it is necessary to adjust the methods and tools used to assess the effectiveness of not only the aggregate personnel policy of the company, but, to a greater extent, to assess the effectiveness of each employee and structural unit. The article provides an analysis of the personnel motivation system in a financial and credit organization. The main problematic blocks of the motivation and financial incentive system are highlighted, which allow us to systematically substantiate strategic directions for the formation of sustainable labor potential in a financial and credit organization on the basis of integrated motivation modulation systems.

Measuring recruiting effectiveness of personnel selection using the example of a commercial organization

Annotation:
The article discusses factors and criteria that influence the effectiveness of personnel selection, such as the cost of filling a vacancy, the quality of candidates hired, the level of satisfaction with new employees, their speed of adaptation and level of professional competence, recruitment costs, including the cost of advertising the vacancy, use of recruiting agencies and other resources spent on searching and attracting candidates. The indicators for assessing personnel selection that were used to analyze the effectiveness of personnel selection in a commercial organization are described. The calculation and analysis of indicators of the effectiveness of selection in an organization over the years is presented, on the basis of which a digital tool is proposed to eliminate the identified problems with the stages of its possible implementation.

Annotation:
The article aimed at identifying factors to ensure the organisational sustainability of enterprises in modern society and developing in conditions of increasing uncertainty and instability is based on the postulate that such sustainability cannot be the result only of its internal organization or internal balance internal efficiency as a closed system, since a temporary enterprise, regardless of its size, type, sectoral affiliation, is a «node» of economic, technological, informational and other factors that contribute to its organisational longevity. At the same time in the scientific literature there is no unified understanding of organisational sustainability itself as well as those factors that contribute to it and lead to organisational longevity desirable both for the entrepreneur and for the country’s economy. Our consideration is based on the ability of the enterprise to dynamically change the form and content of behaviour to ensure its systemic relevance, so the factors of its sustainability should also be considered in the context of the interaction of the enterprise with the external environment.

Annotation:
The article presents the methodological foundations for the analysis of the perfection of the organizational and technological structure of management bodies. The main system-forming elements of the structure of management bodies are highlighted. The main types of analysis that need to be used are shown. The author’s model of analysis is proposed. The analysis methodology consists of two relatively independent blocks. They are formed and implemented by management bodies with the authority to ensure timely, complete and high-quality control of the functions and tasks performed.

Annotation:
The article discusses the process of transformation of modern social production, accompanied by the expansion of environmental threats. An analysis of the evolution of the conflict between ecological and economic systems is carried out. A system of conflict formation and alternative models of social production has been developed. It is proposed to transform the Human Development Index (HDI) into the Index of Harmonious Ecologically Oriented Economic Development (IGSDM), as an integrated indicator of the system of three criteria (waste generation, recycling, investment in environmental protection). The results of the study allow us to supplement the theory and methodology of managing an ecologically oriented economy.
