Foreign companies’ strategies in the russian market under sanctions

Annotation:
The presented inductive study, conducted on the basis of an array of secondary, as well as primary data, is devoted to the study of the behavior of foreign companies in the Russian market in the context of sanctions pressure, including on these companies. The anti-sanctions strategies of this type of companies have been identified, which, in addition to extreme points, represent a number of combinations and intermediate solutions. The author substantiates the opinion that, in contrast to the interpretation of its forms accepted in the Western theory of divestment, market exit can be conditional and represent only a symbolic action, and the very fact of leaving does not always mean the cessation of activities. It is proposed to characterize market exit not only from the point of view of the method and time, as is customary in the theory of divestment, but also from the point of view of its degree. In this regard, the tools and methods of a veiled presence in the market, despite the declared or even actual withdrawal as a way to avoid risks in Western markets, have been identified.

Annotation:
The article discusses the features and principles of strategic management of the economic security of a service sector enterprise using CRM approaches. The CRM model is considered as a tool for managing long-term mutually beneficial relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The competent use and integration of this model into the work of service enterprises will increase the volume of services provided and profits, which will contribute to stability, growth, competitiveness in the market, and will also increase the level of economic security.

Specifics of insurance activity in the conditions of innovative economic development

Annotation:
The article highlights the issue of the specifics of the activities of insurance organizations in the modern conditions of economic development and the application of the direction of management related to risk management. The development of insurance in the historical aspect and as one of the methods of risk management of organizations is considered. The problems of reducing the number of insurance organizations are raised and approaches to the category of «insurance organization» are revealed. Attention is paid to the development of a new stage in the evolution of insurance, which opens up new opportunities for insurance organizations to minimize their own risks and the economic consequences of the loss of material assets of policyholders, and associates it with the development of digital technologies. The essence of relations in insurance and its impact on risk management of economic entities is revealed. Statistical data on the insurance market at the present stage are presented, which makes it possible to assess the level of development of the insurance market.

The role of information in the modern concept of organization management in Russia

Annotation:
The article examines the concept of information in the form of a word, considers information processes in modern management and decision-making, provides a process management contour of an organization and describes information management using SMART standards.
The modern concept of organization management is formulated and the informational aspects of each provision of the concept are studied.
Aspects of culture and, in particular, the values of Russia and its business world, which should be guidelines when assessing the usefulness and significance of the information received, are highlighted. Criteria for ranking data based on the main values and goals of the company are proposed.
The nature of information and its impact on the reliability of data is analyzed, the concept of disinformation is presented and steps for its recognition are proposed. Recommendations on obtaining reliable information when establishing partnerships, as well as actions at the state level to protect society from disinformation are given.

Annotation:
The article presents the results of an analysis of the readiness of Russian society for a digital ecosystem of engagement, including identifying the main problems of informatization of society at the present time, and gives the author’s definition of the concept of a digital ecosystem. Based on the analysis carried out, as well as taking into account the essence of digital ecosystems and taking into account their distinctive features, a methodology for assessing and analyzing the state and development of digital ecosystems has been developed, including the author’s multilevel system of statistical indicators. In the course of the research, such scientific methods as abstraction, analogy, analysis, synthesis, proof, comparison, visualization of data, as well as calculation and analysis of generalizing statistical indicators were used.

The article conducted a focused thematic analysis of the most popular scientific sources exploring digital technological trends and the specific characteristics of modern business model innovations, in order to identify patterns, analysis tools, algorithms and other methodological tools for implementing and assessing business model changes, taking into account the analysis of potential digital risk transformation and its effectiveness. Annotation:
A new stage in the wave of the birth of digital technologies, in particular the metaverse, necessitates the transformation of approaches to the organization and its management system. The growing impact of the metaverse’s carbon footprint on the planet’s ecology is growing exponentially due to its active scaling and penetration into the economic and social spheres. The article shows the environmental challenges of the metaverse and proposes options for the response of company management when transforming the management system and building a new management model within the framework of sustainable development.

Annotation:
The article considers the factors of deterministic chaos affecting the economic security of chemical industry enterprises. Аннотация:
The article is devoted to the study of a method for optimizing the work of store personnel based on linear integer programming using the low-code Loginom platform. Formalizing the requirements for performing basic work within a store made it possible to formulate a target function and optimize the organization of work distribution within the working day. The example demonstrates how, if you have a load forecast, you can optimize the work of staff, reducing potential business costs.

Annotation:
This paper presents an analysis of statistical data, regulatory documents, quantitative and qualitative indicators in the field of education. Problems in the education system are identified and corrective actions to eliminate them are proposed. The quality indicators of different levels of education are summarized. A systematic approach was used to identify the causes of inconsistencies in the education system and quality management.

Annotation:
The article discusses an approach to developing a model of motivational processes in an organization’s quality management system within the framework of its personnel activities. A motivational model is proposed, the basis of which is the dual nature of human resources and the specifics of the process approach. The expediency of harmonizing the interests of the employee and the employer is substantiated, guaranteeing the achievement of planned results, including the formation of staff commitment to the quality policy.
