Annotation:
The article examines the development of modern methods of managing the state economy, ensuring not only the growth of indicators of the standard and quality of life, but also the state that corresponds to the greatest internal satisfaction with the conditions of one’s existence, the fullness and meaningfulness of life, the fulfillment of one’s calling, as well as self-realization of the individual. A retrospective analysis of economic development was conducted, in terms of the evolution of the dynamics of gross domestic product and the human development index in the definition of «gross national happiness». A model for the formation of structural shifts in the economy ensuring the transition to the formalization of gross national happiness, as well as a matrix of compliance of its assessment categories, is proposed. The results of the study allow us to supplement the theory and methodology of modern approaches to public administration in terms of developing the economy of national happiness.

Annotation:
The article analyzes the economic component of commercial activities of NPOs, which forms the financial potential of NPOs. A block of problems has been identified, which include the lack of a unified systemic approach to the formation of a conceptual apparatus, conflicts of legal norms and their impact on taxation of NPOs. Two conceptual directions are proposed, along which the national legislation on non-profit organizations can be modernized.

Development of alternatives to management decisions in energy supply organizations based on mechanisms for increasing energy efficiency

The article proposes the application of the principles of the law of increasing energy efficiency in technical systems to develop management decisions in energy supply organizations. In particular, it was proposed to apply one of the principles of the law of increasing energy efficiency, aimed at increasing the efficiency of use of useful flows. An algorithm for developing alternative management decisions, including artificial intelligence tools, is proposed.
This made it possible to increase the speed and quality of generating solutions, as well as assessing their compliance with the specifics of energy supply organizations. Based on the algorithm, over 30 methods and practical solutions were found to improve energy efficiency in the activities of an energy supply organization.

Annotation:
The article focuses on the interest of entrepreneurs in the development of the automated trading market through vending machines in cooperation with the state. The authors propose a rationale for creating a geoportrait of a specific area based on spatial characteristics in order to narrow the search area for a cultural institution to implement vending trade on its territory. Using a specific example, an approach to studying the feasibility of organizing an automated outlet on the territory of a selected state cultural institution is presented.

Annotation:
The article reveals the relevance of studying the management of transport systems in the tourist complexes of Iraq, as well as analyzes the key factors and conditions that allow the effective implementation of this process. The purpose of this article is to study the process of management of transport systems, to identify and analyze the factors and conditions affecting their development, as well as to formulate the author’s position regarding the prospects for optimizing transport infrastructure in the tourist complexes of Iraq. The main research methods were comparative analysis, SWOT analysis and data generalization.
As a result of the study, the author’s conclusions were formulated, practical recommendations were proposed and key definitions necessary for understanding the management of transport systems in the tourism industry were presented. The key conclusion of this study is that in order to ensure the effective management of transport systems, it is necessary to take into account the current.

Annotation:
The article reveals the reasons that make it difficult to collect and form information resources used in the processes of strategic planning of organizations and strategic management. The normative documents that play an important role in the formation of databases necessary for managers at all levels to solve managerial tasks are analyzed. Annotation:
The authors considered approaches to assessing the effectiveness of managing the sustainable development of the region. An integrated approach to development assessment, taking into account not only economic indicators, but also social and environmental aspects, allows for a more complete understanding of the state and dynamics of regional development. The proposed methodology is based on the creation of a model «profile of a comprehensive assessment of the sustainable development of the region», which will allow for a deeper analysis of development, identify weaknesses and potentials of the regions, as well as determine the optimal directions for further development.

Annotation:
Modern studies of foreign scientists emphasize the necessity of in-depth analysis of the interaction and mutual influence of trust and uncertainty in the period of organisational transformation in the context of significant changes in the external environment. Identifying the causes and correlation factors of these phenomena will allow managers to ensure the sustainable development of the entrusted organisations. Despite the relevance of the topic under consideration, a systematic review of foreign sources revealed insufficient coverage of the relationship between trust and uncertainty and methods of its assessment. Considering the growing importance of this area of research abroad, the author analysed the evolution of the concepts of trust and uncertainty, systematised their types and proposed tools for their regulation. The obtained conclusions can be used by the scientists of the CIS countries to find the best methods of uncertainty regulation with trust.

Annotation:
The article reflects the results of a study of the process of managing the adaptation of young teachers in general education organizations, and identifies a number of problems characterizing it. A model of adaptation of young teachers proposed for implementation by educational organizations has been developed, reflecting the main directions of organizational, managerial, scientific, methodological and motivational support using modern forms and methods of adaptation.

The article presents the results of diagnostics of the organizational culture of the library for the blind and visually impaired and their comparison with the generalized assessment of the corporate culture of cultural institutions conducted earlier. Annotation:
The article is devoted to the study of the practices of applying the project approach to solving the problems of human capital reproduction in modern conditions. The interrelation of human capital with economic growth and competitiveness of the national economy was analyzed, emphasizing the importance of a systematic approach to its development. The paper presents key aspects of the theory of human capital, as well as the challenges associated with its reproduction, including the crisis of the educational system, demographic problems and the discrepancy between graduates’ qualifications and labor market requirements. Special attention is paid to the analysis of national projects of the Russian Federation, which are considered through the prism of project management. The article has high theoretical and practical significance, suggesting comprehensive measures to improve the quality of human capital.

Annotation:
The article presents an analysis of the phenomenon of creation of large financial and industrial groups in order to create an internal impetus for the development of the economy. Advantages and negative aspects of chaebolisation are revealed, factors of chaebol formation are structured. The analysis of compatibility of the identified features of chaebols and strategic national priorities of Russia, established in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 2 July 2021 N 400 ‘On the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation’ is carried out.
