Аннотация

В статье приводится обзор теоретических подходов к определению понятия «устойчивое управление человеческими ресурсами», обсуждается проблема отсутствия единого понимания в литературе концепции устойчивого управления человеческими ресурсами (управления человеческими ресурсами), ориентированного на устойчивость организации и дальнейшие направления исследований этой темы.
