Аннотация

В данной работе произведён обзор литературы на тему социально ответственного управления человеческими ресурсами, раскрываются достоинства и проблемы применения социально ответственного управления человеческими ресурсами в организациях. Описан подход к управлению человеческими ресурсами, а также его аспекты. Показано, что внедрение социально ответственного управления человеческими ресурсами способствует улучшению репутации и имиджа компании.
