Development of management methodology industrial enterprise in the digital economy

The article offers an approach to substantiating the structure and content of the methodology of industrial enterprise management in the digital economy. The requirements for enterprise management that are necessary for using it as a basic component in the process of digital transformation of production are formulated, including the requirements for consistency, dynamism, completeness and accuracy of describing the functioning of the enterprise. The author points out a way to overcome the static nature of the existing enterprise management methodology within the framework of the author’s holistic concept of operational production management by introducing the concept of «dynamic schedules». The article reveals the role of a dynamic schedule as an integrating element that affects various types of activities and management subsystems at the enterprise. It is proposed to use a dynamic schedule to formulate a strategy, determine the goals and performance indicators of an industrial enterprise and its structural divisions, and form plans and resource needs in operational and strategic production management.
