Employee well-being practices: peculiar features of Russian approach

The article is devoted to research the practices of maintaining the well-being of employees in Russian companies. The article presents a system of key concepts: employee well-being, practices to maintain the well-being of employees, as well as preliminary results of a scientific project on the well-being of employees in companies operating in the Russian Federation.
