Abstract

The article clarifies and supplements the theory and methodology of management of enterprises and supply chains on the basis of the process approach. Classification methods chosen as research methods, and binary matrices formed on the basis of classification attributes and it dichotomies used as research tool. The following results with signs of scientific novelty are obtained in article: the classification of enterprise and supply chain management functions and methodological aspects of it implementation based on the process approach. The ьфтфпуьуте functions have binary codes that facilitate it digitalization. These results make it possible to reduce the lost profits of enterprises and supply chains and improve the service to end consumers of products and (or) services.
