In recent years, numerous managerial studies by Russian and foreign scientists have been devoted to the integration of neuroscience results into management practice and the formation of a new interdisciplinary field – neuromanagement, which is management based on knowledge from neuroscience and neuropsychology. The basis for the development of neuromanagement is information obtained as a result of scientific discoveries in the field of brain research, the mechanisms of its activity, the processes of formation of neural connections, and the functioning of the nervous system. The article examines key neurotransmitters such as dopamine, oxytocin, and norepinephrine as the biological bases of internal and external motivation. Based on the analysis of empirical data from behavioral research, it is shown how these substances affect employee behavior, the level of engagement, increased decision-making efficiency, reduced staff turnover, increased manageability and productivity. For the first time, an operationalized model for evaluating the collective neuroculture index (CNI) through an aggregated indicator combining neurophysiological and cultural aspects has been proposed. A practice-oriented tool is presented that makes it possible to diagnose not only the general state of the organizational environment, but also to identify specific growth points or risk areas. A typology of neuroculture levels (neuropositive, neuro-moderate, neuro-negative) with clear diagnostic boundaries and management recommendations is introduced.
